摘要
为给震后紧急救援决策提供科学合理的依据,文中运用模糊综合评价的方法,以道路桥梁、路基与路面、路边环境、公路隧道四个方面为主要因素,建立震后公路系统受损情况评价模型。通过具体实例来对模型建立过程中的一些关键问题,比如隶属函数的确定、评价结果量化等的处理方法进行详细阐述,并将评价结果与实际情况进行对比,以说明评价模型的可行性和有效性。
In order to provide a scientific basis for the post earthquake emergency relief,an evaluation model of the post earthquake highway system's damage is built with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The four principal factors: bridge,roadbed and pavement,roadside surroundings,and road tunnel are considered in the evaluation model.The solutions to the key issues,such as the establishment of the membership function and the quantification of the assessment result,are discussed in more details by an example.Based on the comparison between the actual situation and the assessment result of seismic disasters,the evaluation model is feasible and effective.
