摘要 乳铁蛋白是一种具有多种特殊生理功能的天然铁结合蛋白。本文阐述了Th1/Th2细胞平衡对机体免疫功能的重要性及乳铁蛋白对Th1和Th2细胞平衡影响的最新研究进展,并对其应用前景进行了展望。 Latoferrin is a kind of natural iron-bonding protein with a variety of specific physiological functions.This paper describes the importance of Th1/Th2 balance for immune function and summarizes recent advances in the effect of lactoferrin on Th1/Th2 balance.Meanwhile,application perspectives of lactoferrin are also put forward in this paper.
