摘要 为使空调装置送风更加接近自然风提高其送风热舒适性,通过变速控制器将自然风作为控制信号控制变速风机的方法,研制出可模拟自然风送风的空调装置。对此装置在电机变速和恒速两种工况下的出风特性进行测试,并对其送风的波动规律、湍流度、概率分布、自相关性及频谱特性等紊动特性进行计算分析。计算结果表明:当控制信号为自然风时,此装置能产生与自然风相似的的动态风,其紊动特性与控制信号有很好的一致性,其送风在低频区域能量较高,高频区域能量较低,频谱曲线变化剧烈;当装置电机恒速运行时,其出风频谱曲线变化平缓。研究表明:采用自然风为输入信号控制变速控制器可使空调送风具有自然风的紊动特性。 For making air condition supply wind was closer to natural wind and improving their supply wind thermal comfort,natural wind was used as control signal to control fan speed by speed controller.An air condition set of simulating natural wind was developed.Its wind characteristics were tested under two kinds of operating conditions,one was constant fan speed,and another was inconstant fan speed.The turbulence characteristics such as fluctuation of wind,turbulence intensity,probability distribution,autocorrelation,spectral characteristics were calculated and analyzed.The calculation results showed when control signal was natural wind signal,the device could generate dynamic wind which were similar to natural wind.The turbulence characteristics of dynamic wind were good agreement with control signal,and energy was higher in low frequency region and lower in high frequency region.The spectrum curve of wind changed rapidly.When the motor of device was running constantly,spectral curve was changed flatly.Research shows that using natural wind as input signal to control fan can make supply wind of air condition has a natural wind turbulence characteristics.
