摘要
本文以莫迪公式和风管阻力测试数据为基础,通过基于最小二乘法的数据拟合方法得到所测风管的当量粗糙度,然后将所得到的当量粗糙度值代入莫迪公式或柯氏公式,便可求出不同风速下该种类风管的沿程阻力系数,进而求出沿程阻力。分析了此方法应用于断面尺寸为250mm×250mm酚醛风管(内表面为压花铝箔)的计算结果,比较了其风管沿程阻力系数试验值和计算值的误差,结果表明,最大误差为-8.81%。
Based on the Moody formula and measurement data of ventilation duct resistance,the equivalent roughness of measured ventilation duct was obtained by the curved-simulating method of least square.After substituted the equivalent roughness into Moody formula or Colebrook formula,the frictional resistance coefficient and frictional resistance can be deduced.Analyzed the result of this method applied to phenolic aldehyde duct with an aluminum leaf inside surface,and compared the difference of experiment and data calculation,it is found that the maximum difference is-8.81%.
