摘要
对某大剧院中剧场池座下送风静压箱建立模型,对所建立的模型中结构尺寸突变、气流速度变化大的座椅支撑送风管区域进行了局部网格的加密;结合静压箱内隔热性能良好的特点,采用了标准RNG湍流模型,压力插值采用标准离散格式,动量方程、k方程、ε方程中的对流项采用二阶迎风格式,压力速度耦合采用Simple算法。最后通过FLUENT求解器中自带的并行运算模块进行联机运算。通过对静压箱内流场的模拟,得出了送风静压箱内在各进风口风量一致的情况下,会导致座椅下送风前后排不均匀以及静压箱内部流场存在的一些问题。
The model of plenum chamber in a theater was established.The grids in small size of the structure in the model and flow rate of variation in air supply tube under seat were refinement.Combined with good heat preservation inside of plenum chamber,this article used RNG turbulence model.The pressure interpolation used standard discrete format.Second-order upwind scheme was used in the convection of momentum equation,k equation,and ε equations.Simple algorithm was used in the coupling of pressure and velocity.It was calculated through the built-in parallel computing in the FLUENT solver module.Through simulation and calculation of flow field in plenum chamber,it was found that if the quantity of different inlet was the same,there was problem of asymmetric in front and back rank and flow field of plenum chamber.
