IgA肾病临床病理分型的研究进展详解-“牛津分型” 被引量：3

摘要 据统计，我国的慢性肾脏病发病率大约占总人口的10％～13％，其中IgA肾病是最常见的原发性肾小球肾炎。IgA肾病的分布有明显的地域特征，在亚洲和太平洋地区是最常见的原发性肾小球疾病，占肾活检患者的30％～40％，在欧洲占20％，而在北美仅占10％。
