重比重、等比重与轻比重罗哌卡因腰－硬联合麻醉用于老年全膝置换手术的临床比较

摘要全膝置换手术的老年患者常合并有多个系统的疾患，麻醉方式的选择需十分谨慎。腰－硬联合麻醉（CSEA）是一种简单易行、效果确切的麻醉方法。但阻滞平面过高可严重影响呼吸、循环功能，临床上通过调节注入蛛网膜下腔局麻药的比重配合体位，可有效控制麻醉平面，从而减少上述并发症的发生。
