HRV非线性动力学分析的临床初步研究

A Primary Clinical Study of HRV Analysis of Nonlinear Dynamics

采用非线性动力学分析方法，观察了陈旧性心肌梗塞、糖尿病病人非线性动力学参数的改变。结果显示：陈旧性心肌梗塞病人与正常人相比关联维数增高（Ｐ＜ ０．０５），李氏指数降低；糖尿病病人与正常人相比关联维数显著增高（Ｐ＜ ０．０１），李氏指数降低；两组病人的熵与正常人相比基本不变。因此，关联维数可反映陈旧性心肌梗塞和糖尿病时自主神经功能的变化。

We obseved the changes of nonlinear dynamic parameters in the patients with diabetes and old myocardial infarction with the methods of nonlinear dynamics. The results indicate that the correlation dimension of the patients with old myocardial infarction is higher than that of the normal, their Lyapunov exponent is lower than the normal's; that the correlation dimension of the patients with diabetes is also higher than that of the normal, their Lyapunov exponent is lower than the normal's; and that the values of the entropy of the two patient groups are basically identical to the entropy of the normal. Therefore the correlation dimension can indicate the changes in the function of autonomic nerve of the patients with diabetes and old myocardial infarction.
