摘要
在分析油层出砂机理的基础上,介绍了可自适应膨胀防砂筛管的结构组成和防砂机理。外层防护外壳起到保护内层结构和填充砾石的作用,使地层砂在管外形成"砂桥",作为初级挡砂屏障;可膨胀防砂筛网阻挡砾石在筛管膨胀过程中从防护外壳的孔隙漏失,形成第2级挡砂屏障;砾石充填层以砾石作为膨胀介质,可实现可自适应膨胀,并对原油过滤,形成第3级挡砂屏障;内支撑割缝筛管在可自适应膨胀防砂筛管的下入、起出过程中提供支撑,并防止地层砂进入中心管,形成第4级挡砂屏障。该装置综合了可膨胀筛管、砾石充填筛管和割缝筛管的防砂优点,有效地提高了防砂效果。
A sanding mechanism of oil body is analyzed;the structure and sand control mechanism of adaptable and expandable sand screen are introduced.Outer protective shell protects the inner structure and fills gravel,it makes stratum sand to form "sand arch" as the first sand control barrier;expandable sand control net can avoid gravel escaping from the outer protective shell holes in the expandable course of screen,and it forms the second sand control barrier.Gravel packing zone takes gravel as expandable medium to finish the adaptable expansion,and filtrates the crude oil to form the third sand control barrier.Inner sustentative slotted screen offers sustentation in the down-up course of screen,it protect the stratum sand from entering the central tube,this is the fourth sand control barrier.The sand installation integrates the sand control merits of expandable screen,gravel pack screen and slotted screen;it improves the sand controlling result.
