旋转式提升护丝的研制

Development of Rotary Activated Lift Pipe Thread Protector

传统提升护丝由接头和"倒U"形提环焊接而成,工作时承受过大扭矩和弯曲载荷,出现断裂现象。针对这一问题,研制了旋转式提升护丝,该工具提升钻具时,可以在水平方向自由旋转,并可沿轴转动,不仅保证钻具螺纹免受损伤,而且现场使用安全可靠。

The traditional lift pipe thread protector is made of the adapter and the ∩-type lifting arm.Because of the very large torque and the bending load,it was deformed by fracturing.Based on it,the rotary activated lift pipe thread protector was developed.The tool rotates and swings when it lifts the drill string.Using the tool,the drill string thread is not damaged,and it is used safely and reliably.
