淮南地区无偿献血者中HIV感染流行情况分析 被引量:2

Analysis on Prevalence of HIV Infection Among Free Blood Donors in Huainan Areas

摘要 目的了解淮南地区无偿献血者中HIV感染状况,降低HIV通过血源传播的风险。比较第三、四代HIV检测试剂的特异性。方法同时采用两种抗-HIV抗体酶联检测试剂盒检测献血员标本,分析2000-2009年淮南地区献血人群HIV感染状况,发现易感人群进行防范教育,防止HIV的传播。结果共筛查191 323份献血员标本,检测确认HIV感染者4例,占无偿献血人员总数的0.209/万。4例抗-HIV确认阳性者的文化程度均在高中以下,其中本地3人,流动人口1人,年龄18~40岁,工人占75%;服务行业占25%。结论淮南地区无偿献血者中存在较低HIV感染状况,通过严格的血液筛查,可以有效控制HIV通过血液传播。 Objective To investigate the situation of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) infection in voluntary blood donors in Huainan Area,to reduce the risk of HIV transmission through blood,and to compare the specificity between 3rd and 4th HIV diagnosis kits. Methods Two kinds of HIV diagnosis kits were used to detect the antibodies of blood samples from voluntary blood donors in Huainan Area during the period of 2000~2009.The preventive education was conducted among the susceptible population to prevent HIV transmission. Results Totally 191,323 blood samples of voluntary blood donors were detected,and 4 of them were positive for antibodies against HIV(0.209/10,000).The educational backgrounds of 4 HIV positive patients were all under senior middle school,including 3 local patients and 1 non-local patient.Their ages ranged from 18 to 40 years.75% of them were workers,and 25% of them were engaged in service work. Conclusions The proportion of HIV infection among voluntary blood donors in Huainan Area is low.HIV transmission by blood can be effectively control through strict blood screening.
