消化系统恶性肿瘤患者临终前血小板和白细胞数突变的预后价值

Prognostic Value of Platelet and Leukocyte Mutation in Dying Patients with Malignant Tumors of Digestive System

目的探讨消化系统恶性肿瘤患者临终前血小板和白细胞数突变与预后的关系。方法观察175例消化系统恶性肿瘤患者死亡前1～3 d与4～7 d血小板(PLT)和白细胞(WBC)数的变化,应用SPSS11.0统计软件进行分析。结果患者死亡前1～3 d PLT明显低于死亡前4～7 d的水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);死亡前1～3 dWBC明显高于4～7 d的水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化系统肿瘤患者临终前1～3 d内PLT迅速下降,WBC数迅速升高,是病情迅速恶化的征兆。这种现象警示严重预后不良,死亡风险增加。

Objective To explore the relationship between the sudden change of platelet and leukocyte counts and prognosis in dying patients with malignant tumors of digestive system. Methods The changes of platelet and leukocyte counts were observed on 1～3 days before death and 4～7 days before death in 175 patients with malignant tumors of digestive system.The result data were statistically analyzed with SPSS 11.0 software. Results The PLT count on 1～3 days before death was significantly lower than that on 4～7 days before death in the patients,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The WBC count on 1～3 days before death was significantly higher than that on 4～7 days before death in the patients,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusions The rapid decrease of PLT and rapid increase of WBC on 1～3 days before death in the patients with digestive system cancer are the signs of rapid deterioration of condition.These signs indicate the poor prognosis and the increasing risk of death.
