摘要
在机车斜牵引拉杆复杂的运动学分析中,采用了极限位移方法来分析机车内部各种相对运动对斜牵引拉杆的运动影响,可以把机车复杂的运动特性抛开,使用常规的数学手段就可以完成分析计算工作。本文介绍了运用该方法的3 个主要步骤:①单项极限运动状态描述;②极限运动对分析对象的单项影响分析;③最大耦合极限运动对分析对象的综合影响分析。该方法同样适用于机车水平牵引拉杆的运动学分析。
In the complicated kinetics analysis of locomotive tilting drawbars,the Limit Displacement Method was used to analyze the influence of various relative movements within a locomotive on tilting drawbar movement.The complicated locomotive kinetic characteristics can be neglected.Analysis and calculation can be completed,using conventional mathematics methods There are three main steps to apply this method:(1) describing single limit movement state;(2) analyzing the single influence of limit movement on the analyzed object;(3) analyzing the comprehensive influence of maximum coupling limit movement on the analyzed object.This method is also suitable for locomotive horizontal drawbar kinetic analysis.
