摘要
介绍了四川江津增压器厂研制的高压比JZH248 型涡轮增压器取代45GP804A 型增压器,与东方红〈21〉型机车用12V180ZJ型柴油机匹配,在昆明高原的台架试验及线路牵引热工性能试验情况。结果表明:采用高压比JZH248 型涡轮增压器后,能提高东方红〈21〉型机车的功率储备,降低气缸排气温度和燃油消耗率,提高机车的运行可靠性及运行速度,延长重要易损件的大修期。
The bench tests and road traction and thermodynamic performance tests in kunming plateau of DFH\-\{21\} locomotives equipped with 12V180ZJ diesel engines with high pressure ratio JZH248 turbochargers developed by Sichuan Jiangjin Turbocharger Works instead of 45GP804A were stated.The test results are increased Locomotive power reserve,reliability and speed,decreased engine cylinder exhaust temperature and specific fuel consumption and prolonged overhaul life for important easily worn parts,namely achieved great economic and social benefits.
