摘要
对传统浇注装置进行了深入地研究分析,提出了一种链式开/合型方法,并设计了多个金属型自动开/合型装置,解决了传统浇注装置结构复杂、开/合型困难,工人劳动强度大、工作效率低,铸件容易出现飞边、毛刺,金属型变形大、寿命短等问题,本文阐述了链式开/合型方法原理和多个金属型自动开/合型装置的结构、特点及其液压控制系统。
A new method for mould opening and clamping has been proposed after deeply analyzing the traditional casting equipment,and the automatic opening and clamping machine is designed according to this new method,which solved the problems of the traditional casting equipment,such as difficult opening,complicated structure of pouring device,high labor intensity and low work efficiency,joint flash and burrs,big deformation and short service life of the metal mold and so on.This paper elaborated the mechanism of chain opening and clamping,as well as the structure,characteristics and hydraulic control system of the automatic opening and clamping machine.
