摘要
系统研究了热捣鼓法制备水溶性型芯的工艺,考察了粘结剂、原砂以及加热时间与加热温度对型芯强度的影响规律,提出了水溶性型芯制备过程中材料的选择方法和工艺参数制定的原则。试验结果表明,溶解度较大、吸湿性较弱的K2CO3作粘结剂时,加热温度为180℃,型芯具有较好的强度。
Water-soluble core fabrication process by hot-tamping was investigated in order to study the influence of binder,base sands,heating time and temperature on strength of core,and propose the method of material choice and the principle of parameters selection.The result shows that water-soluble core has a high strength when K2CO3 is used as binder,and the heating temperature is 180 ℃.
