摘要
分析了薄壁壳体铸铝件上盖的结构和金属型重力铸造工艺缺陷,采用低压铸造工艺,设计低压模具,探索薄壁壳体铸铝件的二次顶出低压模具设计的新方法,降低了生产成本和废品率,减小了劳动强度,提高了生产率。
The structure of a thin-walled top cover aluminum casting was analyzed as well as the disadvantages of gravity casting process.The low-pressure casting technology was used,and a new die design method of second ejection for thin-walled shell aluminum casting was developed,which reduced production cost and rejection rate,decreased labour intensity,and increased productivity.
