实施处方点评制度对我院门诊处方质量影响的定量评价

Quantitative Evaluation on the Effects of Prescription Commenting System on the Quality of Out-patient Prescriptions in Our Hospital

目的:了解处方点评制度的实施对处方质量的影响。方法:分别抽取我院2007年第1季度和2009年第1季度的门诊处方各1000张作为实行处方点评制度前、后的处方样本,进行回顾性的定量评价与分析。结果:实施处方点评制度前、后,写有商品名的处方比例分别为57.5%、14.4%;药品规格书写不合规范比例分别为55%、4.8%;同张处方开具药品超过5种的比例分别为5.8%、1.2%;抗菌药物使用的百分率分别为40%、22.4%;抗菌药物单用、二联、三联、四联使用的比率分别为38.32%、48.60%、12.15%、0.93%和82.14%、14.29%、3.57%、0;急性上呼吸道感染患者使用抗菌药物的比例分别为64.79%、40.54%。结论:处方点评制度的实施明显提高了本院门诊处方的质量,有效地促进了抗菌药物等的合理使用。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the effect of prescription commenting system on the quality of out-patient prescriptions. METHODS： 1 000 out-patient prescriptions were collected from the first three months in 2007 and 2009 respectively. Retrospective quantitative evaluation and analysis of them was carried out. RESULTS： Before and after the implementation of prescription commenting system, the proportion of prescriptions with trade names of drugs were 57.5% and 14.4%; the proportion of prescription with non-standardized drug specifications were 55% and 4.8%; the proportion of prescription with more than 5 kinds of drugs were 5.8% and 1.2%; the percentages of prescription with antimicrobial agents were 40% and 22.4%; the proportion of prescription with single drug, two drugs, three drugs and four drugs were 38.32% vs. 82.14%, 48.60% vs. 14.29%, 12.15% vs. 3.57%, 0.93% vs. 0; the proportion of antimicrobial agents in patients with upper respiratory tract infection were 64.79% and 40.54%. CONCLUSION： The implementation of prescription commenting system has markedly improved the quality of out-patient prescriptions in our hospital, and has effectively promoted rational use of drugs, such as antimicrobial agents.
