】根据试验模型的相似理论，推导了高桥墩气动弹性模型所需要的各项相似参数；依据这些参数对模型材料的要求，选取一种复合材料，并经过多次前期试验找到其配合比，文中还对这种模型的制作技术给予了详尽的阐述。

In this paper,the various resemble parameters used in high pier wind tunnel test model are deduced by the resemble theory of test model.A sort of composite material for test and its mixing ratio are defined by some primary tests.The technique of model design and fabrication are also described.
