摘要
】某隧道在完成二次衬砌后,软弱地基产生不均匀沉降致使边墙严重开裂。本文研究提出采用水泥—水玻璃双浆液对软弱地基进行注浆加固,以控制裂缝发展,通过现场试验和理论计算给出注浆参数,并介绍注浆施工中的一些关键技术。动力触探试验表明,水泥—水玻璃双浆液改善地基承载力的效果是明显的,而且经过近两年的运营考验证明是可靠的。
The seriously uneven settlement of soft ground causes tunnel wall crack after the completion of permanent tunnel lining.In order to control the development of the fracture,this paper suggests that the soft ground be improved by grouting cement and sodium silicate.The grouting parameters are obtained by field tests and theoretical calculation.The key technique of grouting is also introduced.The dynamic penetration tests show that the ground bearing capacity is dramatically increased,and the 2 year operation proves that the strengthened ground is reliable.
