温经通络汤治疗中风后早期髋关节骨化性肌炎40例临床观察

Effect of Wenjingtongluo Decoction on Hip Myositis Ossificans in Early Post-stroke

目的观察温经通络汤配合超声透入治疗中风后早期髋关节骨化性肌炎的临床疗效。方法将80例中风后早期髋关节骨化性肌炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组以温经通络汤超声波透入,对照组以单纯的超声波治疗,两组均配合髋关节松动术、口服止痛药等;比较两组治疗后的髋关节肿块大小、疼痛程度、髋关节活动度的变化。结果治疗组在髋关节肿块缩小、缓解疼痛程度、改善髋关节活动度方面及总有效率均优于对照组。结论温经通络汤配合超声透入治疗中风后早期髋关节骨化性肌炎有较好的疗效。

Objective：To observe the Wenjingtongluo Decoction penetrated by ultrasound on hip myositis ossificans in early post-stroke. Methods：80 patients with hip myositis ossificans in early post-stroke were randomly divided into the treatment group （40 cases） and the control group （40 cases）. Two groups were given these therapies such as joint mobilization techniques and oral anodyne. Some indices were compared in two groups including the tumor size,the pain degree and the hip joint activity. Results：These improvements of the treatment group were superior to those of the control group including the tumor size,the pain degree and the hip joint activity. Conclusion：There are some functions which are warming and activation meridian,softening hard mass,anti inflammatory and relieving pain in the Wenjingtongluo Decoction. This therapy method could reduce bloatedness,relieve pain and expand joint activity.
