激光针刀配合玻璃酸钠膝关节腔注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎60例疗效观察

Clinical Study of Laser Knife Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection on Knee Osteoarthritis

目的观察激光针刀配合玻璃酸钠膝关节腔注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 120例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组各60例,观察组予激光针刀配合玻璃酸钠膝关节腔注射,对照组予玻璃酸钠膝关节腔注射治疗;采用视觉模拟评分法和膝关节Lysholm评分量表评定疗效。结果两组膝关节疼痛程度VAS评分、Lysholm评分治疗后均明显改善,而观察组明显优于对照组。结论激光针刀配合玻璃酸钠膝关节腔注射是治疗膝骨关节炎的有效方法。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of laser knife combined with sodium hyaluronate injection for knee osteoarthritis. Methods：120 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were randomly divided into two groups. Those in the observation group were treated with laser knife and injection of sodium hyaluronate in knee. The control group were treated with injection of sodium hyaluronate in knee. Visual analogue score and Lysholm knee rating scale score were observed before and after treatment. Results：The knee pain VAS score,the Lysholm score of two groups were both improved obsviously. The improvment in the observation group was better significantly than that in the control group. Conclusion：Laser knife combined with sodium hyaluronate injection is an effective treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
