人参总皂苷对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:26

摘要 目的观察人参总皂苷对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法腹腔注射环磷酰胺复制免疫功能低下的动物模型,测定胸腺、脾脏质量,计算脏器指数,碳廓清法测定网状内皮系统吞噬功能;分光光度法测定血清溶血素IgM、IgG水平;二硝基氟苯诱导迟发型变态反应模型,观察人参总皂苷对小鼠迟发型变态反应的影响。结果人参总皂苷可提高免疫低下小鼠的脏器指数、碳廓清指数(K)和吞噬指数(α);提高免疫低下小鼠血清IgM和IgG的生成;促进免疫低下小鼠迟发型超敏反应。结论人参总皂苷对免疫低下小鼠非特异性免疫、特异性免疫功能具有一定的促进作用。 Objective:To study the effect of saponins on immunity function in mice with low immunity.Methods:The model was induced by intraperitoneal injection with cyclophosphamide. There were some indices being detected including the immune organs quality for viscera index and the carbon dearance test for reticuloendothelial system phagocytic function. The level of IgM and the level of IgG in serum hemolysin were detected by the spectrophotometry. Results:These indices were increased by the saponins consisting of the viscera index,the carbon dearance and the phagocytic index. Meanwhile,contents of the IgM and the IgG were also raised. The delayed type hypersensitivity was improved by saponins. Conclusion:The saponins could improve functions of the nonspecific immunity and the specific immunity.
