摘要 结合产品使用环境条件,参考美军标准MIL-PRF-23699F,制定防腐型合成航空润滑油暂定技术指标。通过基础油研究、添加剂研究、配方研究,成功研制一种适用海洋环境的防腐型合成航空润滑油,并进行综合性能评定。结果表明:研制产品具有优异的高温抗氧化、润滑抗磨、腐蚀抑制及抗泡沫等性能,达到美军标MIL-PRF-23699F防腐型合成航空润滑油的质量要求。 The temporary technical standard of synthetic aircraft lubricants of corrosion inhibiting was constitute with reference to US Military standard of MIL-PRF-23699F and based on the use environment condition. A synthetic aircraft lubricant of corrosion inhibiting which can adapt well to ocean environment was developed through base oils research, additives research and formulations research, the performances were evaluated. The results show that the product has excellent antioxidation at high temperature, antiwear and lubricating performance, corrosion inhibition and anti-foam performance.
