抑泡孔管沸腾传热的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 机械加工多孔管和烧结粉末管虽然传热效果优良,但加工制作较为困难,因而国内应用得还不多。文献[2]提出了一种新的强化传热方法,在此基础上,本文报告一种新型高效强化传热管——抑泡孔管的研究结果。 In this paper the main experimental results of a new enhanced tube (PTRB) and its bundles are reported. Experiments show that boiling heat transfer coefficient of the PTRB tube can be increased by five to tenfold as compared with that of smooth tube for water, and by three to fivefold for ethanol. In the range of low and miderate heat fluxes, it's better than the other enhanced tubes (such as, low finned tube, porous tube and E-tube). The performance of its bundles is slightly worse than that of single tube for water and is nearly the same for ethanol.
