摘要 在机械结构设计中,联接是关键技术之一。本文以典型键联接中轻载下的平键联接为研究对象,通过对平键联接的理论计算,然后利用ANSYS软件进行有限元分析。在有限元分析中分别建立了单个键体模型和轴毂联接模型进行静应力的分析,得到了其应力变化与变形状态,结果均表明平键联接的失效形式以键被压溃为主,为键联接设计和预防失效和事故奠定了理论基础,对工程应用具有指导意义。 During the design period of mechanical structure,connection is one of the key technologies.The typical hub connection was treated as a research object.The theoretical calculation on the typical horizontal bond connection was made out.Then the finite element analysis was processed by the saftware ANSYS.In order to analyze the static stress of the connection structure,single bond and hub connection were established.and the change of stress and deformation of the structure were obtained.All analysis show that the inefficacy of the horizontal bond connection mainly results from the collapse of the bond which is aimed at improving their carrying capacity and fatigue life.So,it will provide some guidance to the project application.
