二冲程摩托车发动机气缸体扫气道的制造工艺

摘要 在气缸体毛坯铸造生产中,该厂铸出符合扫气道几何参数的扫气道芯盒本体,这种芯盒本体只需6个活动块就能满足要求,这是保证扫气道特性参数的关键,同时又杜绝了影响发动机技术性能的各种铸造缺陷;为了保证生产中制芯时扫气道几何参数的稳定性,制芯的芯盒本体材料选用变形小、收缩小和磨损小的锡-铋合金,浇注出来的扫气道芯盒不需机械加工即可使用。 The core box body meeting the geometry of the scavenging duct has been cast during the production of cylinder block blanks. The core box body only containing 6 moving pieces is the key factor to ensure the characteristic parameters of the scavenging duct, avoiding varies casting defeats which could affect the technical performance. In order to maintain the stability of the duct geometry, Tin-Bi alloy which is less in deformation, contraction and wearing would be better chosen for the core box body. The core boxes cast need no machining.
