新型马氏体耐热钢SA213-T92钢材焊接技术探讨

摘要 伴随经济的蓬勃发展,电力供需矛盾日益突出,为贯彻"科学发展"的电力方针,缓解供需矛盾,超超临界机组成为首选的发电设备。SA213-T92钢是目前发展超临界、超超临界机组的理想材料,因为T92钢的抗热疲劳性、抗腐蚀性和抗氧化性能特点优于其他含9%Cr的铁素体耐热钢并具有更高的运行参数,可提高机组的热效率,常用于高温高压主蒸汽管道等部件,因此其焊接接头性能的优劣直接关系到机组的安全可靠运行。
