摘要
鼓泡塔和气升环流反应器是化工中常用的反应设备。由于气液两相的扰动,其传热系数可比单相流大20~100倍,特别适用于进行某些强放热的化学反应。由于塔径较大,其两相流流型及传递特性均与管径较小的管道中的两相流有所不同。实践证明,当塔径大于100mm时,其传递特性不再受塔径的影响。本研究中我们对液相粘度和表面张力对传热的影响进行了细致的考察,并且还将气速和液速扩大到较一般文献更大的范围。
Heat transfer coefficient between a cylindrical surface and, gas liquid two-phase flow in an annular is measured. Deckwer's correlation is modified by considering both the isotropic turbulence and the internal circulation of the liquid due to gas bubbles. The modified correlation could be used in the situations with higher gas and liquid superfacial velocities.
