摘要
利用燃煤电厂废弃物——粉煤灰作为硅质材料与钙质材料混合,经湿磨、凝胶化、蒸压和烘干制成无石棉纤维的超轻微孔硅酸钙材料。采用SEM、XRD和DTA等手段研究其显微结构及性能,表明该材料是一种理想的船用保温材料,可广泛用于舱室系统的复合壁板、天花板、各类防火门和活动地板等。
In this paper,an ultra-light microcellular calcium silicate material without asbestos fibre was developed by mixing the waste material──flyash from coal-burning electric plant as siliceous material with calcareous material through wet grinding, gelling, autoclaving and drying. Its microstructure and performance was investigated by means of SEM,XRD and DTA etc. It is indicated that this material is ideal for ship and can widely be used for composite board ,ceiling board ,all kinds of fire doors and detachable floor etc. for cabin system.
