摘要
应用计算机统计优化方法分析乙烯生产过程,获得提高乙烯产率的优化操作模型。经过半年多的实际生产装置验证,乙烯产率平均比过去提高2.33%(w),年经济效益为51万元。
By analysing the industrial process of manufacturing ethylene by crackingwith statistical optimization method using a computer,an optimum operationmodel is obtained for improving ethylene yield.After verification on a productionunit for more than six months,the average rate of ethylene recovery has beenfound to be 2.33(wt)per cent higher than before with an annual economic bene-fit of over 500 thousand yuan.
