摘要
以某型鱼雷动力推进系统为对象,在进行了必要的假设前提下,通过分析其工作过程,根据能量守恒、质量守恒以及工程热力学原理,建立了动力系统启动过程数学模型,并采用FORTRAN语言进行程序设计。通过数字仿真,研究了固体药柱燃烧、固液混合燃烧以及液体燃料燃烧过程、燃烧室内压力和温度的瞬时变化及雷机桨匹配关系,同时也分析研究了进主燃料时间以及速制转换、鱼雷初始速度、航行深度等对启动过程的影响。此外,通过与国外资料提供的动力系统启动计算结果进行比较,验证了模型的正确性。
This paper deals with the simulation of the starting process for a torpedo power propulsion system. Based on basic principles of energy & mass conservation and fundamentals of engineering thermodynamics,a mathematical model for the starting process and corresponding calculation program are established. By using the program,the parameters of the power cylinder,the pressure and temperature in the combustion chamber, the filling time of the fuel can be investigated. Comparison of the corresponding digital simulation results of all the physical parameters with those cited from foreign information verifies the feasibility of the mathematical model proposed.
