摘要
本文简述了航标自动监控系统的重要性、框架结构、基本组成和监测内容．对系统的作用距离、可用性、可靠性和我国组建该系统的基本条件等进行了研讨。作者认为，我国组建航标自动监控系统不但必需。
This paper describes briefly the importance of an automatic monitoring system of aids to navigation, the frame construction, the basic combination and the details of monitoring. It also discusses the system's range, the utility and reliability and basic conditions for China to establish the system. The authors consider that it is necessary and possible for China to set up an automatic monitoring system of aids to navigation.
