摘要
本文提出将ＤＳＣ（ＤｉｇｉｔａｌＳｅｌｅｃｔｉｖｅＣａｌｉｎｇ，数字选择性呼叫）应用于内河航运的设想，从而建立起内河的船舶船位自动监视系统，实现可靠的遇险报警。
This paper makes a suggestion about introducing DSC (Digital Selective Calling) into the inland shipping for the purpose of establishing an automatic monitoring system of the ship's position in inland waters, so as to provide reliable distress alerts, meanwhile improve the efficiency and capability of the communications and rescue.
