摘要
以丁酮为萃取溶剂,研究了SEBF-2熔融结合型环氧粉末涂层自由膜在160℃~230℃经不同时间团化后的萃取团化度.用温度-时间重叠技术分析了涂胶固化反应动力学过程,并用扫描电镜观察了萃取形貌.结果表明,在160℃~220℃之间,萃取固化度随温度升高与时间的延长而增加;在230℃经长时间团化,涂膜发生热降解。在研究温度范围内,萃取固化反应呈现单一激活能,表明固化过程主要受单一反应机制所控制。
Solvent extraction method has been set up to evaluate the degree of cure (DOC) of a new type o f fusion-bonded epoxy(FBE) coating obtained under different curing conditions. The specimens were extracted in hot 2-butanone. The results showed that the DOC increased with the increase in cure temperature and cure time from 160 to 220℃. Heat decomposition was observed for the coating cured at 230℃. Horizontal shifts of the DOC vs ln(time) curves at different cure temperatures resulted in a master curve. The kinetically controlled reaction yielded a single Arrhenius activation energy (91.4kJ/mol). It implied that there was only one overall reaction mechanism in the temperature range under study. The surface morphology observation of the extracted samples was carried out under SEM, which verilied the feasibility of solvent extraction method.
