摘要
根据反应历程提出了聚乙烯在固态下进行氯化反应的自由基链反应动力学方程,并通过由搅拌式气固相氯化反应装置得到的实测数据,对该动力学方程进行了验证.所得动力学方程的积分形式为:ln(1)/(1-X)=kt(1-a)速度常数 k 随温度变化,阿累尼乌斯方程中的活化能 E=35.8(kJ/mol),指前因子A=0.091(atm·h)^(-1).
A kinetic equation of radical chain reaction has been developed for chlorinationof polyethylene in a substantially dry particulate state.The model has been testedby data obtained from gas-solid chlorination reaction in a laboratory-scale reactorwith paddle stirrer.The integrated form of the kinetic equation isIn 1/(1-x)=kt(1-a)and the rate constant k has been correlated into a form of Arrhenius equation,with activation energy E=35.8(kJ/mol)and frequency factor A=0.091(atm.hr)^(-1).
