摘要
制备了四新戊氧基酞菁锌的LB膜和旋涂膜,测定了这两种薄膜在不同温度退火后的吸收光谱,采用p-偏振双面反射法测定了两种薄膜在不同温度退火后的折射率n和消光系数k,发现这两种薄膜不仅具有相似的光学常数的数值,而且表现出相似的随温度变化的趋势。
The LB films and spin-coated films of tetra-neopentoxy phthalocyanine zinc were prepared, andtheir absorbance curves in visible range were measured oher annealing at different temperatures. Theirrefractive index (n) and extinction coefficient (k) were measured by p-polarized reflectance. The similarvalues of n and k, as well as the similar changing trend with the varied annealing temperature, werefound for the LB films and the spin-coated films.
