The Technology of Automatic NCP for Turning Process of Measurement with the Function of the On line Measurement of Cutting Parameters

研究具有在线测量切削参数功能的数控车削测量过程的图形自动编程技术，该图形自动编程系统以Ｍｉｃｒｏｓｔａｔｉｏｎ为图形平台。详细分析了利用数控系统刀具监控功能进行切削参数测量的ＣＡＰＰ的方法和测量工件切削参数的算法，以及在ＳＩＮＵＭＥＲＩＫ８１０Ｔ数控系统上的实现。该车削测量图形自动编程实现了双刀架数控车床回转体零件数控加工的ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＰＰ／ＮＣＰ的系统集成。

This paper researches the technology of graphics automatic NCP with the function of the on line measurement of cutting parameters.The Microstation Graphics System is used as the graphics platform by the NCP system.The method of the CAPP for the measurement of the cutting parameters utilizing the function of the tool monitoring of the NC system is discussed,as well as the application in the SINUMERIK 810T. The CAD/CAPP/NCP is integrated in this NCP system.
