摘要
通过对带弯扭叶片整体涡轮盘加工状况的分析，提出了采用成形电极靠模加工的方案，并讨论了该方案中成形电极的设计、成形电极进给路径确定等关键性技术问题。
Abstract This paper analysises molding condition of curved blade in teger turbine and approaches to a method through which curved blade integer turbine is profiled by molding electrode.Besides that this paper discusses some crucial technique problem,such as molding electrode designing molding electrode approaching path choosing.
