摘要
提出在低磷酸用量和室温下制备过氧化甲乙酮的最佳配方和适宜的工艺条件为:H_2O_2:丁酮=1.5:1(摩尔比);85%磷酸用量(占总重量计)8—12%;反应温度20—25℃;搅拌时间15—20min;投料速度2g/min。产品性能优于过氧化环己酮,与 AKZO 的产品基本上一致,能满足FRP 的要求。
In this paper,optimal conditions for producing methyl ethyl ketone peroxideat low phosphoric acid content and room temperature are proposed.The condi-tions are as follows:H_2O_2:MeCoEt=1.5:1(mol);85% H_3PO_4 content(total weight),8—12% reaction temperature,20—25℃;stirring time,15—20min;rate of feeding,2g/min.The product properties are superior to that of cyclohexanone peroxide andcan meet the needs of FRP.
