摘要
在两种不同的铸模中铸造成形一种新型铝青铜合金,在奥林巴斯金相显微镜下观察其组织并采用40MVDTM型维氏硬度计测定合金硬度,采用D8ADVANCE型X射线衍射仪测定试样的相组成,采用JSM6390LV型扫描电镜及其配备的能谱仪进行形貌观察及微区成分分析,随后采用自制MPX-2000型盘销式摩擦磨损试验机考察了该铸造铝青铜的摩擦磨损性能,并简单探讨了其摩擦磨损机理。实验结果表明,采用金属型铸造成形的合金组织及综合力学性能较好;在相同滑动速度下,实验载荷对铸造铝青铜合金的干摩擦系数和磨损率的影响十分明显。
A novel aluminum bronze in two different kinds of moulds was formed.The effect of moulds on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy was studied by using lots of materials analysis instrument and testing methods.Then the wear behavior and friction mechanism of the aluminum bronze casting alloy were studied with self-made MPX-2000 friction machine.The results show that the alloy has better microstructure and mechanical properties in metal mould,and the effects of test load on friction coefficient and wear rate of the novel aluminum bronze casting alloy in the same velocity are obvious.
