摘要
根据汽车覆盖件拉延成形工艺补充面、压料面和拉延筋的设计原则和方法,设计出某轿车轮室盖板的拉延件。并且利用有限元分析软件Dynaform对拉延过程进行分析,根据模拟分析结果对拉延型面以及拉延筋进行优化。将原来的平面分型面改为曲面,将直线拉延筋改为弧线,最终消除了成形过程中的缺陷,得到了符合质量要求的拉延零件。
Based on the design principles and methods of addendum,binder surface and bead of automotive panel,the drawing model of cover plate brace wheel housing was designed.Using FEM software Dynaform,the process of the drawing was analyzed.Based on the simulation results,the drawing surface was optimized.To change the flat parting surface into curred face,and change the rectilinear bead into pitch arc,the disfigurement occurring in the forming of drawing part was ultimately eliminated.The eligible drawing part was gained.
