Ec-耳脑胶在修复硬脑膜囊切口的可靠性探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨EC耳脑胶在神经外科手术中修复硬脑膜囊完整性的临床意义。方法将68例择期开颅手术病人随机分为2组,实验组(n=30)和对照组(n=38)。实验组在脑病损切除后,硬脑膜切口用1-0丝线连续缝合后再用EC耳脑胶加自体筋膜粘封硬脑膜切口;对照组的硬脑膜切口只作硬脑膜连续缝合。术后观察两组病人在拔除硬膜外引流管前后腰穿脑脊液的红细胞数改变情况、脑膜刺激征、头痛、体温,及引流量的变化。结果通过对拔除硬膜外引流管前后腰穿脑脊液的红细胞数改变情况、脑膜刺激征、体温,及引流量的变化进行统计分析,实验组与对照组有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论 EC耳脑胶加自体筋膜修补硬脑膜囊能减少硬膜外的血性液体流入硬膜下。 Objective To evaluate the reliability of repairing dura incisions with EC glue in craniotomy.Methods 68 patients undergone craniotomy were randomly divided into two groups,30 for the experimental group(n=30)and 38 for the control group(n=38).In the experimental group,the dura incisions were running sutured with 1-0 silk,then covered with EC glue and fasciae.In the control group the dural incisions were running sutured only.After the operation,we investigated the differences in the red blood cell counts in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF),the epidural irritation syndromes,headache,body temperature and the volume of the epidural drainage before and after removing the drainage from epidural space.Results In the red blood cell in cerebrospinal,showing meningeal irritation syndrom,temperature,the volume of the epidural drainage.there was statistical significance between the experiment and control group(P0.05).Conclusions EC glue with fascia repairing dura incision can reduce the bloody effusion refluxing into the subarachnoid space compared with continuous suture only.
