铜镍硅合金要同时获得良好的强度和导电率必须通过适当的热处理。Cu10%Ni025%Si、Cu32%Ni075%Si合金的热处理工艺表明,在研究范围内,固溶处理与否对材料性能影响较小;在同样热处理工艺下,Ni。
CuNiSi alloys must be heat treated properly before it can achieve good strength combined with high electric conductivity.It is shown through experiment on Cu10%Ni025%Si and Cu32%Ni075%Si that solid solution treatment has little effect on the properties of the alloys and under the same treatment conditions,the percentages of Ni and Si in the alloys are the key factors affecting the electric conductivity of the alloys.
