经皮内镜下胃造瘘营养
Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy （PEG） feeding
摘要
经皮内镜下胃造瘘（Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy，PEG）营养于1980年被引入临床，目前被视作胃肠道功能正常但不能经口获得充足营养患者的有效肠内营养途径。若患者营养摄取不足可能超过4～6周，且肠内营养可能防止体重进一步减轻、纠正营养不良、避免营养摄入不足引起的生活质量下降，此时PEG是优先考虑的方法。
