摘要
在可避免的心源性猝死的潜在诱因中，先天性长QT综合征是其中之一。患者可能会出现室性的心律失常并导致心悸、晕厥，如果室性心律持续更可能出现心脏骤停。这种综合征是由常染色体遗传病，其疾病表现形式多样：有些患者可能于胎儿期或新生儿期即死亡，
