Oil Quenching Technology for Light Hydrocarbons and Naphtha Cracking

裂解气的露点温度、油急冷操作条件以及急冷油本身的性质是油急冷工艺的重要参数。露点温度与原料的裂解性质 BMCI、裂解深度 S 存在着一定的关系,实际生产中计算露点的简易经验公式 t_(露点)=t_(平衡)+(5-10℃)是可行的。以轻烃、石脑油为裂解原料的油急冷工艺中,对不同的油品进行了试验,试验证明烃化焦油是一种良好的急冷油品。

The dewpoint of the cracked gas,the conditions of quenching and the prop-erties of the quenching oil are important parameters for oil quenching technology.A certain relationship exists between the dewpoint and the cracking characteristicsof the raw materials,BMIC and the severity,s.The simple empirical formula,t_D=t_B+(5—10℃),for computing dewpoint is found to be feasible.For crackingof light hydrocarbons and naphtha,hydrocarbon coking oil is a good quenchingoil.
