呼吁建立我国的口干燥症分级标准 被引量:16

摘要 口干燥症(xerostomia)这一术语于1889年由Hutchinson提出并通用至今。口干燥症常见于舍格伦综合征、头颈部癌常规放疗后、糖尿病等患者,长期口干燥症严重影响患者的生存质量。目前,放射性口干燥症尚无统一的分级标准,多采用美国放射治疗协作组(Radiation Therapy Oncology Group,RTOG)-欧洲癌症研究和治疗组(European Organizationfor Research and Treatment of Cancer,EORTC)等分级标准,舍格伦综合征及其他口干燥症也采用视觉模拟评分法(visual analoguescale.scor~,VAS)、药物治疗副反应量表(treatment emergentside effect scale,TESS)问卷评分法等,故很多研究的结果难以比较。
