摘要 随着制芯工艺技术的发展,对射砂紧实机理的研究日趋深入,以便更好地解决目前射砂机构存在的诸多问题。本文对射砂紧实机理进行了系统分析,认为:动能是紧实的实质。根据这一观点,对射砂机构的演化进行了探讨,指出低压射砂是目前最优秀的射砂工艺。 With the develompent of core-making process and equipment technology, the study to the sand-shootingcompact principle is developing in depth so as to solve the serious problems present in the sand-shooting mechanism.Thisarticle analyzes systematically the sand-shooting compact principle and concludes that: kinetic energy is the crux of compact. The article makes an approach to the evolution of the sand-shooting mechanisnl ford on the viewpoint and points outthat; low pressure shooting is the best process at present.
