Lewis肺癌小鼠脾脏CD4^+ CD25^+调节性T细胞和TGF-β1与肺癌的相关性 被引量:1

Changes of CD4^+ CD25^+ Regulatory T Cells and TGF-Beta 1 in Relation to Lewis Lung Cancer in Mice

摘要 目的:探讨Lewis肺癌模型小鼠脾脏组织中CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞和TGF-β1的表达水平与肺癌发生的关系。方法:采用流式细胞仪检测CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的比例,ELISA法检测TGF-β1的表达水平。结果:荷瘤小鼠CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞表达水平为(21.91±12.34)%,高于对照组的(14.39±4.51)%(P<0.05),荷瘤小鼠TGF-β1表达水平(3.39±1.62)μg/L,高于对照组的(2.47±0.35)μg/L(P<0.05)。结论:荷瘤小鼠CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞比例和TGF-β1表达水平增高,提示二者可能参与Lewis肺癌的发生。 Objective:To study the relationship between CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells or TGF-β1 and Lewis lung cancer in mice.Methods:The levels of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells were detected by flow cytometry,and the levels of TGF-β1 were measured by ELISA.Results:The proportion of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in tumor-bearing mice was significantly higher than that in the control group(P0.05),as(21.91±12.34)% versus(14.39±4.51)%.The level of TGF-β1 in tumor-bearing mice was(3.39±1.62)μg/L,and was also significantly higher than that in the control group(2.47±0.35μg/L,P0.05).Conclusion:The proportion of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells and the level of TGF-β1 in tumor-bearing mice are higher than that in the normal.It indicates that both have potential roles in the development of Lewis lung cancer.
